Anxiety is a diverse beast. And when we start to look at how anxiety covers so many aspects of our lives we have to look at the area that can cause us more stress than any other.
Workplace anxiety is something that everybody suffers from in one way or another. Either you feel stressed about a deadline, or you are procrastinating over something else, or there’s just general unhappiness with regards to things like pay.
