20 COGS REVIEW – CAN YOU REALLY MAKE AN EXTRA EASY £200

As you know, I love finding ways to make extra money on-line from home but for some reason when I read about 20 Cogs a while ago, I didn’t try it out.  I’m not quite sure why.  I believed it was legitimate but at the same time I was worried about spending my time on something that might not work.

I decided to look into 20 Cogs a little more so that I could provide you with  some genuine information and to answer the question, can you really make an easy £200?  Read on for my full 20 Cogs review.

What is 20 Cogs?

Firstly, 20 Cogs is definitely not a scam.  It has a 4-star rating on Trustpilot and most people have a positive experience with earning money easily.

20 Cogs is an on-line website that basically pays you to sign up to various offers.  These can include competitions, surveys, offers and gaming.  Some of the companies look more familiar than others with Amazon’s name being one of them. The amount you earn is usually somewhere between £2.00-£30 for each offer you complete.  This means that your earnings for completing all the offers is usually around £100-£200, although I have seen earnings of up to £300.  Sounds easy right?

Don’t get too excited though, you can’t collect your cash until you’ve completed all 20 offers.  This is where some people lose out so if you decide to give it go, make sure you complete all of your cogs otherwise you won’t get paid.

Does it Cost Anything to Get Started?

No, it’s absolutely FREE to get started!  For some of the offers you will need to give your card details or pay a small amount to validate the offer. However, the final cashback, once you complete all 20 offers, will more than make up for the small amount you’ve paid out, so it’s definitely worth doing.

How Does 20 Cogs work?

To get started, you need to set up an account with 20 Cogs. This is absolutely FREE and you can sign up here to get started.

On your screen you’ll see 20 grey cogs. Each cog is a different offer. Just click on the first cog and it will take you to your first offer. You can click on the offer and complete it or go to an ‘alternative offer’.  Once you’ve completed an offer, your cog will turn amber so you can see at a glance how many cogs you’ve completed. This can take up to 24 hours so if you’ve completed a task and it’s still grey, don’t worry just give it time. Then, when it turns green it means it’s been approved by the advertiser which usually takes a few days.

You can choose to do all 20 cogs at once then just wait for approval or do them in your free time over a period of time.  Just fit it in when suits you!

What Sort of Offers Are Available?

There are all sorts of offers available from subscriptions, entering competitions, completing surveys, to free trials.  These offers change all the time, so there’s usually something that looks appealing. Some of the companies on there look a little spammy but if you’re not sure, just move onto another offer.  There are plenty available.

Some Top Tips Before Making Money on 20 Cogs

  • If you decide to sign up and give this a go, I recommend you set up a separate email address.  That way if you get any spam emails after completing the offer, it’s not going to clog up your emails.
  • Use a PAYG Sim or a fake phone number to fill in the offers so you don’t get companies calling you after you’ve completed the offers.
  • Make sure you read the terms of the offers and that you are happy to proceed before completing.  If you are not happy with the offer, move onto the next one.  You will get a choice of two or more offers per cog so you can choose the one that suits you best.
  • Look out for reputable companies with high payments.  There are some really good offers on there from companies you will recognise immediately.  Some of these are where you can really build up your income.
  • Keep a record of any subscriptions you sign up to and the renewal dates so you can cancel accordingly.  A spreadsheet or a simple note in a diary is all you need to ensure you keep on top of them after the free trial period is over.
  • Make sure you complete all 20 cogs (even if it takes you a few weeks just completing the odd one in your spare time) otherwise you won’t get paid!
  • Take a screenshot of your completed cogs.  20 cogs customer service is really good so if you have any issues you can send them a screenshot of what you’ve done.
  • Don’t give up!  If you get so far and can’t find a suitable offer.  Take a break from it and see if the offers change.

If you follow these tips, you can easily make an extra £100-£200 on 20 cogs. You can do it as quickly or as slowly as you wish.  Most people will spend a month or so completing the offers in their spare time around other commitments. How quickly you earn the money is really up to you!

How Much Money Did I Make?

After taking out the small out of money I had to pay out for some of the offers, I made a total profit of £193.70. Not get rich money, but not bad for just filling out stuff on-line from home.

Therefore, I can conclude that 20 Cogs is definitely legitimate and definitely a way to make an easy extra £200 if you are patient, organised and keep a good record of what you’ve done.

  1. Thanks for the review. Good to see you had a similar experience to me with 20 cogs. I recently received my payout of £175 and overall it was a good experience from start to finish. Definitely a decent way to earn some extra money on the side with little effort.
